Have you heard about Friday morning drawing?
Every Friday, the Art Center of Northern New Jersey offers a monitored life drawing group, open to all levels of artists from beginners to professionals. Students can pay per diem, and at $20 per session (just $15 for members), it’s an affordable jump start to your creative weekend. In this collegial environment, artists hone their skills and establish building blocks to a successful drawing practice.
The 3 hour session starts at 9:30 am in the main drawing and painting studio. Participants work independently on warm-up drawings for 2, 5 and 10 minutes, then progress to 20 minute poses.
